1. ABOUT WANDANDO INC (WI)
Wandando.com is an online social gaming platform through which participants can play games of chance for entertainment purposes. Participants cannot win anything of value by playing these games. Participants can also enter free sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by receiving “Sweeps Coins,” which can be used to participate in promotional play for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins, which are redeemable for cash or items with cash value (“Prizes”). Each Sweepstakes begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.
2. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY
PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT INCREASE THEIR CHANCES OF WINNING OR CHANGE THE PRIZES AVAILABLE BY MAKING A PURCHASE OR A PAYMENT.
3. SPONSOR
The sole “Sponsor/Promoter” of the Sweepstakes is Wandando Inc. (WI). All Sweepstakes games are administered by WI. No other parties are sponsors of, responsible for conducting or involved with the Sweepstakes in any manner.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents located in the “Permitted Territories,” which consist of states in the United States other than California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington State, and West Virginia (the “Restricted Territories”), and only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Permitted Territories and Restricted Territories set forth in this Section 4.1 are the controlling definitions for all purposes, including where referenced in the Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides.
4.3 Winning the Wandando games and redeeming Prizes are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Sweeps Rules.
4.4 WI employees, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and people who share the same residence are not eligible to participate.
4.5 Participation constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Sweeps Rules and Wandando’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
4.6 Each participant must set up a customer account (a “User Account”) with Wandando.com in order to participate. If a Participant does not have a User Account, he or she can create one free of charge at www.wandando.com (the “Website”). To enter the Sweepstakes, a participant must access the Website and sign in to his or her User Account.
5. HOW TO COLLECT SWEEPS COINS - Participants can collect Sweeps Coins in the following ways:
5.1 Receive Sweeps Coins by opening a User Account. Each participant receives a certain amount of Sweeps Coins when he or she opens his User Account.
5.2 Receive Sweeps Coins as a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. Each Participant may receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus when purchasing “Gold Coins,” which are used for social game play at the Website. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes. The number of Sweeps Coins a participant receives as a bonus for purchasing Gold Coins is displayed stated in the Website purchase window. All purchases of Gold Coins are final, and no refunds will be given.
5.3 Receive Sweeps Coins by participating in promotional giveaways Participants can receive free Sweeps Coins by participating in no-cost giveaways hosted by Wandando.com and/or through social media platforms affiliated with the Website from time to time.
5.4 Receive Sweeps Coins by collecting the Daily Bonus. Eligible participants can receive free Sweeps Coins on a daily basis by taking the following steps:
· Sign into your User Account.
· Click the “GET COINS” button at the top of the Wandando.com platform page.
· Click the “Daily Bonus” button at the top of the “Get Coins” pop-up.
· If you are eligible, click the “Claim” button at the bottom of the Daily Bonus tab.
5.5 Free Mail-In Entry Method.
(a) Participants in the United States (other than in the Restricted Territories) can receive Sweeps Coins by sending a stamped #10 envelope enclosing one (1) 4” x 6” blank, unlined, unfolded white card handwritten in a single ink (blue), unfolded to the following address:

For the avoidance of any doubt, the requirement for the note to be “handwritten” means that the Customer must personally hand write each entry and not use any stencil or copying machine, nor devices/software to automate requests or assist with meeting the handwriting requirement.
(b) Participants can only receive Sweeps Coins by post if they do the following:
(1) Handwrite the participant’s return address on the front of the envelope and the words: “Sweeps Coin Request.”
(2) Handwrite in the front top-left corner, one (and only one) unique Postal Request Code generated through the participant’s User Account by accessing the “Postal Request Code” section of the Wandando platform described in Clause 5.5(3)(j) for further information.
(3) Handwrite all of the following on only one side of the note card inserted into the envelope in the following order:
(i) The participant’s full name as shown on the participant’s government-issued identification;
(ii) the email address registered to the participant’s User Account;
(iii) the username associated with the participant’s User Account;
(iv) the User ID# associated with the participant’s User Account;
(v) the return/residential address registered to the Participant’s User; and
(vi) the following statement:
“I am requesting Sweeps Coins to use for participation in the Wandando sweepstakes promotions. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Wandando Terms and Conditions and the Official Sweeps Rules.”
Participants are limited to making one Sweeps Coins request per outer envelope.
(c) For each request a participant submits, he or she will receive a fixed number of Sweeps Coins, per amount stated on the platform.
(d) The Sweeps Coins awarded via this method shall be added to the eligible participant’s User Account within 14 business days, subject to account verification and full compliance with these Official Sweeps Rules.
(e) If the handwriting on any mail-in request is not legible, or otherwise fails to comply with this subsection 5.5 , the entry will be void, and the Sweeps Coins will not be credited to the participant’s User Account. The legibility of a participant’s handwriting shall be determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
(f) A mail-in request must only be made by the participant and must be posted from the state or territory of the participant’s verified residential address. Requests made by any other individual or any entity and/or posted from any other state or territory will be declared invalid, and no Sweeps Coins will be credited to the participant’s User Account.
(g) A Postal Request Code is a unique verification code that Participants can obtain by following the steps outlined in clause 3(j) of these Sweeps Rules. A Postal Request Code is unique, can only be used once and expires 60 days after it is displayed. The purpose of a Postal Request Code is to assist with the efficient and effective processing of a Participant’s note card. Note cards containing an expired Postal Request Code at the time of processing will be void. A POSTAL REQUEST CODE CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE PARTICIPANT WHOSE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WAS USED TO GENERATE THAT POSTAL REQUEST CODE. Any Participant suspected by Sponsor/Promoter to have directly or indirectly provided a Postal Request Code to another person may, in the sole discretion of Sponsor/Promoter, be disqualified and lose their eligibility to Participate in the Sweepstakes.
(h) A Postal Request Code can be obtained by following each of these steps:
(1) sign into your User Account;
(2) click on the “Postal Request Code” link here; and
(3) click on the “Postal Request Codes” button and follow the prompts.
For the avoidance of doubt, obtaining a Postal Request Code and submitting a mail-in entry is entirely free of charge and does not require any purchase, payment, or deposit of any kind.
(i) The platform will generate a one-time verification code tied to the participant’s account. The Postal Request Code is then displayed for a period of time to enable a Participant to record it on their entry. This code must be handwritten exactly as shown on the participant’s request card. Requests submitted without a valid or matching verification code will be void.

4. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, COMBINED REQUESTS SENT VIA PACKAGE OR PARCEL DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT ABOVE AND ARE INVALID.
6. SWEEPS COIN ACCOUNTS
6.1 A Participant’s Sweeps Coin balance is shown in the participant’s User Account as well as in the top menu of the website when in Sweeps Coin mode.
6.2 The amount of Sweeps Coins to be allocated to participants can be changed at any time by the Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
6.3 Use of any automated or other system(s) to Participate, to acquire Sweeps Coins or play the games is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility to participate in the games.
6.4 Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if a participant’s User Account is closed for any reason, or at the Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.
7. USING SWEEPS COINS TO PLAY GAMES
7.1 Sweeps Coins can only be used to play Games within the Website for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins.
7.2 The Website features multiple games, and every game displays the amount of Sweeps Coins required to play. The amount of Sweeps Coins required to play each game will be detailed next to the game. A participant may be able to increase the number of Sweeps Coins he or she plays to increase his or her potential winning eligibility.
7.3 Only games played with Sweeps Coins provide the opportunity to redeem winnings for Prizes.
Certain promotions may offer tangible winnings in addition to or instead of Sweeps Coins. The value of these winnings will be specified in the terms of the respective promotions. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to change the win rates and odds of any game at any time. It is a Participant’s responsibility to check the win rate on each occasion before he or she participates.
7.4 Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions related to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the games and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
8. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS
8.1 Potential Sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by Sponsor/Promoter (in any manner the Sponsor/Promoter chooses), and the decisions of Sponsor/Promoter are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A participant is not a winner of any Prize, even if the online screen indicates he or she is a winner, unless and until the participant’s eligibility and the potential winning play(s) has/have been verified and the participant has fully complied with these Official Sweeps Rules and been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor/Promoter will not accept screen shots or other purported evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
8.2 Potential Prize winners must comply with these Official Sweeps Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
8.3 A potential Prize winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor/Promoter, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her Prize (if applicable).
8.4 If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return the affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable) or fails to comply with these Official Sweeps Rules, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the Prize.
8.5 Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures for any Prize valued at $600 or more. Additional verification procedures may, for example, include requests for and examination of copies of the participant’s identification documentation and/or proof of the participant’s address, such as a utility bill.
8.6 If any identification, credit or other verification check required by the sponsor/promoter cannot be completed to the sponsor/promoter’s satisfaction because the participant has not provided any documents requested by Sponsor/Promoter, in the form required by Sponsor/Promoter, within 5 days of the date the document was first requested, the redemption request will be disqualified and deemed null and void. Further, Sponsor/Promoter shall be under no obligation to continue with the verification check and may in its sole discretion deactivate the participant’s User Account.
9. PRIZES AND REDEMPTION
9.1 Participants cannot redeem Gold Coins for Prizes. Only Sweeps Coins won through participating in the games can be redeemed for Prizes, and every Sweeps Coin allocated to a participant must be played at least once before it can be redeemed for Prizes. Neither Gold Coins nor Sweeps Coins may be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded or sublicensed.
9.2 SWEEPS COINS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM PRIZE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD OF $100 (US). AMOUNTS BELOW THE THRESHOLD ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE REDEMPTION.
9.3 To be eligible for Prize redemption:
(a) a participant must meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4;
(b) the participant’s details must match those the participant’s User Account; and
(c) Notwithstanding subsection (a), if a jurisdiction is added to the Restricted Territories after a participant has been awarded Sweeps Coins, that participant shall remain eligible to redeem Sweeps Coins held as of the effective time of the change. No further Sweeps Coins will be awarded and no further play will be permitted. Where the participant is unable to access the Website, redemption may be requested by contacting Sponsor/Promoter at support@wandando.com. Requests must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the effective time. Redemption remains subject to the minimum threshold in Section 9.2 and to all verification requirements in these Official Sweeps Rules.
9.4 In Florida, the maximum redemption value of winnings associated with any game played by the participant is US$5,000. Any Prize valued in excess of US$5,000 will be reduced to a maximum value of US$5,000. If the value of any Item won by a participant in Florida exceeds US$5,000, the winning participant will not have the option of redeeming the Winning for the actual item; all other redemption options will be available, and the Prize value will be reduced to US$5,000.
9.5 Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit a Participant’s redemption of Sweeps Coins to USD$1,000 per day or any other amount over any time that Sponsor/Promoter considers necessary to satisfy its regulatory obligations or the requirements of its partners and suppliers. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.
9.6 Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a Prize redemption. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees, including shipping costs, if applicable, associated with Prize receipt and/or redemption.
9.7 Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges or related costs that may be incurred as a result of, or in relation to, a Prize redemption, including but not limited to any losses or additional costs arising from foreign exchange fluctuations.
9.8 Sweeps Coins are not transferable, and no Prize substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s sole discretion.
9.9 Prize winners will be notified by private message or email.
9.10 Prizes shall be allocated to the winning participant's User Account and paid or sent to the email address and/or bank account associated with the winning participant's User Account. Sponsor/Promoter will only communicate with participants using the email address registered and associated with the participants' respective User Accounts. All requests for redemption shall remain pending until all required verification checks are completed to Sponsor/Promoter’s satisfaction.
9.11 Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to request verification documents at any time during the Prize redemption process. Such documents may include, but are not limited to: (a) identification information; (b) credit information; (c) banking information; and/or (d) other verification information that Sponsor/Promoter may reasonably require or that are required of Sponsor/Promoter under applicable laws or by relevant regulatory authorities; in order to (i) verify the participant’s identity; (ii) verify the legal and beneficial ownership of the payment method(s) used by the participant to make transactions; (iii) prevent financial crime; and/or (iv) verify the participant’s postal address.
9.12 In the case of suspicious activity conducted by a participant, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to undertake additional verification procedures. Additional verification requests may include, but are not limited to: (a) requests for detailed financial statements or records, such as bank statements, to verify the source of funds and financial transactions; (b) requests for documents that prove the participant’s income, such as paystubs and/or tax returns; and requests for confirmation or additional details about specific transactions conducted by the participant. Sponsor/Promoter also reserves the right to conduct comprehensive background checks, including checks against public and private databases for criminal history and/or financial irregularities.
9.13 Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to refund purchases in lieu of processing a Prize redemption via the method selected by the winning participant. Such refunds will be made to the same payment source used to purchase the Coins.
9.14 Sponsor/Promoter shall make its best efforts to process all requests within the quoted amount of time but does not guarantee processing times for Prizes.
9.15 Sponsor/Promoter will only process one (1) Prize redemption request per User Account in any five (5)-day period.
9.16 In some circumstances it may take up to thirty (30) days to process the payment of any redeemed Prizes.
9.17 Redemption of Prizes may experience delays due to the identity verification process.
9.18 If Sponsor/Promoter mistakenly credits any participant’s User Account with Prizes that do not belong to the participant, whether due to a technical error, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Sponsor/Promoter and will be deducted from the participant’s User Account. If a participant receives a Prize that does not belong to him or her, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by the participant to Sponsor/Promoter.
9.19 All redemptions of Sweeps Coins will be paid in US dollars using a third-party payment provider authorized by Sponsor/Promoter.
9.20 If the total value of all Prizes redeemed or requested for redemption by a participant who meets or exceeds $2,000 (US) within a calendar year, the participant must complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor/Promoter shall make the W-9 form available through the Website or via other means, such as email request, in case submission through the Website is not possible. Failure to submit the completed W-9 form within ten (10) days of the Sponsor/Promoter’s request may result in the suspension and/or delay of Prize redemptions until the form is submitted. By participating in Prize redemptions, the participant agrees to fulfill all necessary tax documentation requirements under applicable law. The submission of the W-9 form is managed by a certified third-party vendor that is authorized by the IRS to collect taxpayer data and is compliant with applicable data protection regulations. By agreeing to these Rules, the participant also consents to the processing of their personal data by the third-party vendor. Information collected in connection with the W-9 will be handled in accordance with Sponsor/Promoter’s Privacy Policy and disclosed only as required for tax reporting and compliance purposes or as otherwise permitted by law. All information provided on the W-9 form must match the details previously submitted in the user profile section and must be valid and accurate. Providing incorrect, false information or the information that does not match official public IRS records may result in the voiding of prizes or delays in the redemption process.
9.21 Where the total value of Prizes redeemed by a participant within a calendar year meets or exceeds the applicable federal information reporting threshold, Sponsor/Promoter will file IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law. The participant acknowledges that such reporting is mandatory and agrees to cooperate fully with Sponsor/Promoter’s compliance efforts. The filing of IRS Form 1099-MISC by Sponsor/Promoter does not absolve the participant of his or her individual tax responsibilities.
9.22 Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes.
10. WINNERS’ LIST
10.1 Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each participant’s consent to Sponsor’s/Promoter’s and its agents’ use of the participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
10.2 Any participant may request and receive a list of Prize winners for any Sweepstakes within a year from the date of such request. The request must be sent in writing by mail to:

The request must specify the month and year requested (one sweepstakes per request), and the requestor must enclose with the request a self-addressed, stamped envelope
11. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
11.1 By Participating, each Participant agrees to:
(a) comply with and be bound by: (i) the T&Cs; (ii) these Sweeps Rules; and (iii) the decisions of the Sponsor/Promoter which are binding and final;
(b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and
(c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to a participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or participant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
12.1 Insofar as permitted by law in the respective territories, the Released Parties (as defined above, including Sponsor/Promoter and its affiliated entities and representatives) are not responsible for:
(a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a participant, printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
(b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
(c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
(d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes; or
(e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
12.2 If for any reason a participant’s Sweeps Coins or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, participant’s sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor/Promotor of an equivalent amount of Sweeps Coins.

14. GENERAL
14.1 These Official Sweeps Rules are to be read in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Terms which are defined in the T&Cs have the same meaning in these Official Sweeps Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to Wandando’s Terms of Service, including the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions contained therein.
14.2 PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SWEEPS RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 19 OF THE T&Cs, WHICH INCLUDE A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. BY AGREEING TO THESE SWEEPS RULES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SECTION 19 OF THE T&CS.
14.3 Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if a User Account is deactivated due to a violation of the Website T&Cs for any reason, or at Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.
14.4 It is the responsibility of the Participant to retain copies of transaction records and these Sweepstakes Rules, as updated from time to time.
14.5 Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Sweeps Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes or these Official Sweeps Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s/Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
14.6 Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Sweeps Rules or any other promotion.
14.7 Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s/Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Sweeps Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
14.8 In all other cases, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted at www.wandando.com.
14.9 In the event of modifying the Sweepstakes, a participant’s continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14.10 Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s Privacy Policy which is available at http://www.wandando.com/privacy-policy.
